I cannot actually believe it was two years ago on the 10th March 2017 we opened our doors to the public…..and what an adventure it has been! Many ups and many downs, who would ever imagine that running your own business would involve so much .….I mean you have to be an accountant, an HR person, a Social Media Guru, an IT expert, a photographer and the list goes on and on and on! But I wouldn’t change anything for the world! The amazing people that have walked through our doors has truly blown me away, everybody with their own amazing story to tell – some professional sports people and others looking to speed up their recovery and improve their wellness.

Opening Hours Extended
Surely overdue is Sunday Opening Hours, from Sunday 10th March will be opening our doors between 10am and 4pm every Sunday, so if you feel like you need some recovery after a tough Saturday afternoon of sporting activities you can now come along to Cryojuvenate to take immediate recovery and rejuvenation. Or even if you’ve been out partying our cooling treatments will certainly revitalise you!
