Cryojuvenate UK Ltd., (hereby referred to as “Cryojuvenate UK”) is a provider of cryotherapy wellness treatments in Sevenoaks, Kent, United Kingdom. “Cryojuvenate UK” is a registered trademark of Cryojuvenate UK Ltd. By accessing the website Cryojuvenate.com (hereafter referred to as the ‘Website’), you hereby agree to be legally bound by these terms. The application of these terms shall take effect immediately on your use of the site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms, you may not access the Website.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age for whole body cryotherapy treatments is sixteen (16) years. Parental accompaniment is required for any therapy or treatment provided to anyone under the age of 18.

PRIVACY POLICY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND WARRANTIES

By agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, accessible at (https://cryojuvenate.com/privacy/) and as provided, respectively.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The unregistered and registered trademarks, logos, and text of this Website are the sole property of the Website owner and may not be copied or used without the consent of Cryojuvenate UK and its authorised representatives.

The entire contents of the Website, all website information, graphics, sounds, videos, etc. contained on the site are and remain the property of Cryojuvenate UK Ltd except where stated.

You may use the Website for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms and you may not copy or use any digital property from the site for any commercial purpose.

The intellectual property rights in all contents of the site and supplied as part of the products and/or services are owned by Cryojuvenate UK Limited. You must not use the Cryojuvenate UK brand, logo or marks without written permission.

Cryojuvenate UK reserves the right to disclose any information as required by law and remove any information as necessary to prevent any breach of these terms and conditions or law.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

You agree that these Terms of Use of the site are governed by English law and any dispute regarding this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Full payment is required at the time of booking whether the booking is online, via the telephone, via the ‘Cryojuvenate App’ or in person.

If a change or cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the appointed time we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total price. Any notification of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Any missed appointments will also be charged in full. Should you wish to change your appointment for any reason we will of course endeavor to fit you in at a time convenient for you. For all scheduling changes, there is a minimum notice period of 12 hours.

If treatments have been block-booked and paid in advance or a call off package has been set up there will be no refunds for unused treatments within the closing date. If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice (24 hours) we will deduct this treatment from the block.

If you are unable to attend a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact Cryojuvenate UK immediately.  Please bear in mind that rescheduling may not always be possible.

On certain occasions, a session may be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, it may be necessary to re-schedule or rearrange a session. This will always be done with due consideration and having provided as much notice as is possible and practicable.

When applicable according to law, we offer refunds within a 14 day period. After this date, purchases, vouchers and memberships are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed, whenever possible, within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

Except as expressly provided, there are no refunds available once your credit card or another method of payment has been charged. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, refunds or partial refunds may be considered in Cryojuvenate UK’s sole discretion. In these cases, it is your responsibility to explain your situation. Due to the nature of the services, scheduling and time restraints, there can be no guarantee that any refund will be provided.

Should you desire to cancel after the initial four (4) month commitment period, you are to submit the request in writing with a one (1) month notice period prior to your final billing cycle. Any and all account changes must be requested by the cardholder matching the signature provided for authorisation upon creation of the account.

MEMBERSHIP CHARGES

You authorise Cryojuvenate UK to deduct any monthly dues from the payment method you provide. After the initial four (4) month commitment period, charges will continue on a month-by-month basis, until you choose to cancel or freeze your membership.

Should you desire to freeze your membership, you are requested to contact Cryojuvenate UK by email or telephone to discuss this possibility.

EXPIRY AND CLOSING DATE OF PURCHASES

Block of treatments, packages and gift vouchers have a closing date of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Single treatment purchases have a closing date of six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Memberships are on a rolling month by month basis (minimum four (4) months).

Notice to terminate membership can be submitted at the beginning of the fifth (5th) month (see above).

Upon request by email or in writing, the contract will cease after the fifth (5th) month.

You authorise Cryojuvenate UK to deduct monthly dues from the payment method provided.

PURCHASE POLICY

By placing an order or making any purchase you confirm you have fully read and accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the case provided to you prior to purchase, this applies to any applicable Disclaimer/Waiver.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Cryotherapy can have benefits as well as risks. There are no guarantees of what you will experience or any outcomes you may or may not achieve.  However, most people benefit from regular sessions.  It is important to remember that you are responsible for your own health and wellness physically, emotionally and psychologically.

If you have any questions regarding your current medical condition please consult your medical doctor before use. Certain treatments/therapeutic modalities are contraindicated for a number of conditions or, in certain cases, are recommended only alongside advice from your primary healthcare practitioner. None of our treatments provides or serve as a cure or treatment for any disease. This is neither implied nor should be inferred. In the rare event that you experience pain and/or discomfort while undergoing any treatment or therapeutic modality, you must immediately discontinue your use and/or seek assistance.

MENTAL STATE

You shall not be admitted under the influence of drugs, alcohol or illegal substances.

If in the opinion of Cryojuvenate UK Ltd. and/or a representative, you arrive at the session in an altered state of mind which makes you unable to make full benefit of the session, the session may be cancelled without prior notice and in these cases, no refund will be available.

DURATION OF SESSIONS AND THERAPY

Each session will last a predetermined number of minutes.  No additional time can be given at the end if you are late for the session.  The treatment session may be for an agreed length of time or otherwise.  Any expectations and desired outcomes should be discussed and understood at the outset.

WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER

You will be required to sign a waiver before availing of any treatments or services. This waiver is a critical document that includes all relevant disclaimer notices and explains the possible risks involved in the therapeutic modality or treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure that this waiver and the included disclaimer/s are thoroughly read and understood prior to signature and prior to commencing any service or treatment.

PAYMENTS

Fees are reviewed from time to time at the discretion of Cryojuvenate UK. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Fees are to be paid in advance by credit card or other provided online method before a session takes place. Cryojuvenate UK reserves the right to refuse payment by bank transfer or any method not stated on this Website. Any offered engagement or service shall begin only after payment has been cleared and final.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Cryojuvenate UK may suspend the operation of the site or app for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the site or app from time to time. Access to or use of the site or any sites or pages or app linked to it will not necessarily be uninterrupted or error-free.

Cryojuvenate UK may terminate any provided service, treatment session or therapy immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or in the event of any unpaid, overdue or outstanding sums due to Cryojuvenate UK.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Cryojuvenate UK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. By browsing the site or using the app you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the site or use the app. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter. You hereby understand that Cryojuvenate UK is in no way obliged to give you prior or subsequent notification of any additions or modifications to these terms and conditions or any and all text and content on the Website, and you must therefore assume full responsibility to regularly check and keep yourself updated accordingly.

REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS

Any testimonials or reviews accessed via the Website, any social media presence or through any communication or platform whatsoever is used for illustration purposes only. The reviews are unique, unsolicited and are not intended to warrant or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve similar results.
