Terms and Conditions: Cryojuvenate UK®

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the website (www.cryojuvenate.com), the mobile application, and the purchase of any services or products from Cryojuvenate UK Ltd (trading as “Cryojuvenate UK®”). By accessing our platforms, booking a treatment, or entering into a membership, you (“the Client”) agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Cryojuvenate UK® is a registered trademark of Cryojuvenate UK Ltd. Unauthorized use of this mark or any associated intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

Usage of your personal information is governed by the Cryojuvenate UK® Privacy Policy, accessible at https://cryojuvenate.com/privacy/. This document covers our Cookie Policy, the usage of personal data, and the handling of sensitive information. The Client is expected to consult the Privacy Policy in its entirety; its content forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

We do not share, sell, or loan private data to third parties. Information is used solely in connection with your specific treatment unless specifically requested and approved by you.

CLINICAL GOVERNANCE & MEDICAL SERVICES

• Regulatory Status: Cryojuvenate UK® is currently in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the purposes of treatment and the protection, maintenance, or restoration of health.
• Clinical Leadership: All clinical services are doctor and nurse-led. Our healthcare team is comprised of GMC-registered doctors, NMC-registered nurses, HCPC-registered paramedics, and GPhC-registered pharmacists.
• Vitamin IV Drips & Injections: All Vitamin IV Drips and Vitamin Injections require a complimentary Medical Consultation prior to treatment selection by the medical practitioner to ensure safety and suitability.

WAIVER, DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• Mandatory Waiver: Clients are required to sign a formal waiver before availing of any treatments. This document includes critical disclaimer notices and explains the inherent risks involved in therapeutic modalities. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the waiver is read and understood prior to signature.
• No Guarantees: Cryotherapy and associated treatments offer various benefits but carry risks. The Company makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes.
• Contraindications: Certain treatments are contraindicated for various medical conditions. None of our treatments serve as a cure for any disease. If you experience pain or discomfort, you must immediately discontinue the session and seek assistance.

ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

The Company adheres to the following safety protocols for minors:

• Whole Body & Loal Cryotherapy: Minimum age of 10 years.
• CryoPen®: Minimum age of 6 years.
• Minor Policy: All clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the appointment and require a signed parental consent form.

HEALTH & SAFETY SCREENING

• Mandatory Disclosure: Clients must complete a health screening form prior to using relevant services.
• Medical Clearance: Cryojuvenate UK® reserves the right to request formal medical clearance from a GP if deemed necessary for safe treatment.
• Mental State: Clients shall not be admitted under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances. If a Client arrives in an altered state of mind, the session will be cancelled without refund.

BOOKINGS & FINANCIAL TERMS

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking (Online, App, Telephone, or In-person).
• Price Review: Fees are subject to annual review. Cryojuvenate UK® reserves the right to increase fees in line with inflation and market conditions. Members will receive at least 30 days’ written notice of any price changes.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

• Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Penalty Charges: Cancellation charges are applied at the Company’s discretion. “No-Shows” or cancellations within 24 hours will likely result in a charge of 100% of the service fee or forfeiture of the treatment credit from a block.
• Punctuality: Sessions are of a predetermined length. Late arrivals will not receive additional time at the end of the session.

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT TERMS

• Minimum Commitment: All memberships are subject to a 3-month minimum term.
• Autopayment: Fees are collected monthly in advance via card-based Autopayment.
• Termination: Following the initial 3 months, the Client may terminate the membership by providing 2 weeks’ notice via email.
• Usage: Monthly membership sessions not utilised within the billing cycle are non-transferable and shall be forfeited.
• Membership Freeze: Requests to freeze a membership must be submitted via email or telephone for consideration.

EXPIRY, REFUNDS & FORFEITURE

• Validity Periods: * Gift Cards, Single Treatments, and Treatment Blocks: 12 months from purchase.
  • Expired sessions will be forfeited; no extensions will be granted.
• Non-Refundability: Following the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, all memberships, packages, and vouchers are non-refundable. Exceptional cases are assessed individually and processed within 14 business days if approved.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The registered and unregistered trademarks, logos, graphics, sounds, and text on the Website and App are the sole property of Cryojuvenate UK Ltd. You may use the site for personal, lawful use only. Commercial reproduction or use of any digital property from the site is strictly prohibited without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW & MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be amended to reflect the parties’ original intentions, leaving the remainder of the terms valid. Cryojuvenate UK® reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updates to the Website.
